Located on the Kassandra-penisula, Pefkochori is only 19 km away from Kallithea and very close to the villages of Kriopigi, Polichrono, and Haniotis. Palm Residences are just an hour from Thessaloniki city and the airport. There’s parking on site, and plenty of space in our function rooms and public areas for events, too.

Translated as “The Land of Pines”, Pefkohori enjoys a mild climate and unique landscape. There is a wide beach promenade full of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and the area is established for holidaymakers. With local live music, a luna park and plenty of beach bars, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Nearby, there is Glarokavos, a beautiful natural harbour. Used as the starting point for many trips to the Aegean Sea, this bright blue lagoon connects one side of the peninsula to the other, a stunning natural formation to visit.
